1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
  • Requests must be made within 3–5 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and invoice

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

5. Replacement

We offer replacement for eligible defective products instead of refunds wherever applicable.
